The Eiffel Tower was built for the worldwide trade fair held in Paris
to rejoice the 100th anniversary of the French Revolution.
The tower was in production from 1887 through 1889. This huge tower, at first 300 meters (984 feet) tall, was build in the era just prior to the dawn of the 20th century, and is truly a tombstone to the opening of the "steel age." The name of the tower come’s from it’s designer and creator, Gustave Eiffel.
This is a great paper art challenge. You may need Adobe Acrobat Reader for opening this sheet, and preferable a color printer.
