Cats come
in dozens of breed’s and in a mixture of colors. Due to mutation, some are lacking
hair and some are tailless.
Cats are known to pursue over one thousand species for foodstuff, and they are able to be trained and learned to manipulate uncomplicated mechanism such as lever handled doors and to flush toilets.
A group of cats is referred to as a clowder, a male cat is called a tom, and a female is called a queen. The male progenitor of a cat, especially a pedigreed cat, is its sire, and its female progenitor is its dam. An immature cat is called a kitten.
